How long does the NIE process take?
Typically 2-5 business days from document submission. In some cities, same-day processing is possible with our express service.
Do I need to be in Spain?
No! Our service is fully online. We use power of attorney (Poder Notarial) so our lawyers can act on your behalf.
What documents do I need?
Generally: valid passport, passport photo, and proof of reason (work contract, property purchase, etc.). We'll tell you exactly what's needed for your specific case.
Can I get a refund if my application is rejected?
We have a 98% success rate. In the rare case of rejection, we refile at no extra cost. If we cannot fulfill the service, you get a full refund.
